What is the cancellation policy?

I ask that you give me as much advance notice as possible when cancelling a session. Late cancellations are sessions cancelled less than 24 hours notice before the scheduled session time and will be charged $100.00 fee for the first cancellation and the full session fee for subsequent cancellations.

If you unable to attend an in-person session, virtual counselling sessions are available.

If I am not able to attend a session, you will NOT be charged the fee.
